Policies

  • CANCELATION POLICY– We ask that you call or text us 48 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. In the event we do not receive the advance notice, a $35 charge (per pet) will apply.
  • LATE PICKUP– We ask all of our clients to pick up within 30 minutes from the time of notice via phone call or text that your pet is ready. We charge 1$ per minute after 30 minutes. Our salon closes when appointments are done, as we are a one-on-one grooming facility.
  • APPOINTMENT TIME/NO ROLL-OVER POLICY– We are a one-to-one grooming facility which means that arriving on time for a scheduled appointment is crucial to be able to give your pet the full spa experience. While we try to make accommodations, a $15/pet applies for drop-offs that are beyond 10 minutes late. Depending on the breed, coat condition, and services requested, pets that are dropped off more than 30 minutes after their appointment may be deemed a “no-show”
  • VACCINATION POLICY– To protect our staff and pet clients, all pets entering the facility must be up-to-date on vaccines.
  • DROP OFF POLICY– We ask that your pet be brought into the facility safely, calmly, and securely to respect the experience of other guests and their humans.
  • AGGRESSIVE/VOCAL PETS– Out of respect to our neighbors at 34 Church St and the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to stop services and either reschedule or refuse service (or further service, as the case may be) to pets who are highly aggressive or highly vocal.
